First Installment Riverside County Property Tax Reminder
The secured property tax bill first installment deadline for California property taxes is fast approaching. Please be aware of the following to avoid a penalty fee:
December 10 | First Installment Property Taxes are Due by 5pm
A 10% penalty fee is added to delinquent payments. If December 10 falls on a weekend or holiday, taxes are not delinquent until 5pm the next business day.
Payments sent by U.S. Mail must be POSTMARKED by the USPS on or before the tax deadline.
Payments can be made by electronic transfer through the Riverside County Tax Assessor's website by clicking here.
